包括高能植物選育種與繁殖技術(shù)、鹽堿地高產(chǎn)栽培技術(shù)、生物制造技術(shù)、生物能源與綜合利用技術(shù)。
自2008年以來(lái),公司密切關(guān)注國(guó)內(nèi)外能源作物的研究情況。根據(jù)多方比較,最終將公司研發(fā)目標(biāo)鎖定為具有高光合作用效率、高生物質(zhì)產(chǎn)量的C4植物,從禾本科中的芒屬、荻屬、蘆竹屬、蘆葦屬和狼尾草屬植物中尋找最佳的高能植物物種。
公司從國(guó)內(nèi)外收集到大量可產(chǎn)業(yè)化的種質(zhì)資源,其來(lái)源包括韓國(guó)、馬來(lái)西亞、浙江、湖南、廣西、海南、福建等地。目前公司已在杭州東郊建立面積達(dá)200畝的高能植物種質(zhì)資源圃,旨在進(jìn)一步篩選、優(yōu)化可產(chǎn)業(yè)化的高能植物種質(zhì)資源。
公司選育的高能植物荻竹系多年生禾本科C4植物,一個(gè)生長(zhǎng)周期為15-20年,即種植后可收獲15-20年。作為能源植物荻竹具有以下優(yōu)點(diǎn):①極佳的農(nóng)藝性狀。荻竹生物效率高,畝產(chǎn)可達(dá)4噸;耐鹽堿,可在PH 8的土壤中生長(zhǎng);容易種植,適應(yīng)性強(qiáng),管理成本低;耐病蟲(chóng)害。②極高的生物質(zhì)含量。芒荻類(lèi)屬高光效、光合作用代謝途徑為碳4的高生物量植物。③優(yōu)良的工業(yè)性狀。荻竹原料均勻一致,適合工業(yè)化操作;耐儲(chǔ)藏,不易腐爛;原料收獲期分散,一年中可多次采割;并可采用青料進(jìn)行加工 。④荻竹為我國(guó)原種,采用無(wú)性繁殖方式進(jìn)行培育,生物風(fēng)險(xiǎn)可控。
目前,公司已經(jīng)完成以荻竹為主的高能植物生物質(zhì)的轉(zhuǎn)化應(yīng)用技術(shù)。
High- energy plant selection and process technologies include energy plant collection, breeding and propagation, high-yield cultivation with saline-alkali soil , separation and bioprocessing technology, and biofuel and comprehensive
utilization technology.
The company has started energy crops research and development since 2008 in China and other countries. Targeting on C4
plants, which have a high photosynthetic efficiency and high content of biomass we have collected and selected the best
species from the graminaceous plants, including Miscanthus, triarrhena, gramineae arundo, Phragmites, and Pennisetum
genus. A large number of plant species were collected from China and other Asian countries such as Korea, Malaysia and
other SEA countries . The company has established 50 acres of high-energy plant germplasm nursery in the eastern
suburb of Hangzhou for germplasm, breeding and cultivation research .
Our proprietary miscanthus and triarrhena selections can be harvested for 15-20 years after planting and have following
advantages:
A. High biological efficiency: Our high-energy crops can yield up to 24 tons per acre even under stress conditions.
B. Excellent agronomic traits: These crops can be grown in saline-alkali soil, and show resistant to pests or diseases
with strong adaptability and low management cost.
C. Excellent industrial traits: Our specially selected varieties spoil slowly and can be harvested several times a year. Harvested
materials are easy to be separated as different raw materials for further processing, therefor suitable for industrial use .
D. Biological risk of miscanthus and triarrhena is controllable because it is cultivated in asexual propagation.
Currently, the company has completed miscanthus and triarrhena bioprocess and converting technology.
